1. Don't disturb W's vacation with such un pleasantries
They (the Bush family) want to keep their minds beautiful. (It's only the poor peasant Americans who are dead, after all).

It's not like they are "our kind" per the W family.

We are born in New England, have east coast compounds, own baseball teams. Don't bother us with this trivia. If the kids lived, they could have earned enough bucks for an education. Don't blame us if our kids don't have to sacrifice their lives. "Quit picking on us rich folks"

Bush off.

Only because they are in direct conflict with all the "good feeling" mood stuff they have been spreading around for the last couple of weeks.

5. Five more lives lost...
Five more families devastated.

When I came online a little while ago, Google had a headline that said

'* looking for another 9/11 moment'. What, he is waiting for another disaster? I am numb and sick that he is still in office.

15. I am counting six dead total
the four from the bomb on the vehicle, the separate bomb attack killing one and this soldier from a shooting. Fuck! This is insanity! :(

Five more Americans turned into chunky salsa. Because of a mission based in conjecture, supported with lies and deceit, done with little planning, and led by those with minds both unimaginative and inflexable.

36. If they were lucky, they didn't feel anything.
I doubt they were that lucky, though. Except perhaps for "Saving Private Ryan", movies portray gunshot and explosion deaths as far too quick and easy. "Baghdad ER" does a better job of it.

I understand that such bloodletting is part of war, which is why, when you go to war, you only do it when absolutely necessary. And you do it with overwhelming force in order to end the fighting as soon as possible.

This prolonged crap is just a meatgrinder.

27. Add five more to the pile

Grass Bush

Pile the bodies high in Austerlitz and Waterloo Iraq
Shovel them under and let me work--
I am the grass; bush; I cover all.

And pile them high in Gettyburg Baghdad
And pile them high in Ypres and Vedum Mossoul and Al Fallaujah

Two years, ten years, and passengers ask the conductor:
What place is this?

I am the grass bush.
Let me work.

32. Rummy said they signed up for it-they volunteered
some of those volunteered under a different, more reasonable, administration, and now they're stuck with the crazies. Those being called up, IRR, are from a different administration. And, those who signed up with the National Guard, like our glorious leader, thought they would remain in the States. What gives? Does "little boots" have a grudge against the National Guard? Why use the National Guard, those who are to protect our home front, over there? They were the first to go-is he intentionally keeping our borders less protected?

34. The Bush administration is sweating,
but they're not sweating profusely. According to Dr. Feaver (an analyst who was brought in by Bush), the American people will accept this war as long as the deaths are not too many, and that we see progress in Iraq.

We've got a ways to go, according to history. We were in Viet Nam for 10 years and we lost 58,000 US troops. Towards the end though, things got really dicey for the administration. We were moving into a civil war over VN, and people were getting killed domestically over it.

IT'S TIME TO GET OUT.
