Gunmen kills translator for British consulate in Iraq

BASRA, Iraq – Gunmen in a speeding car opened fire Saturday on two sisters working as translators for the British consulate, killing one of them and seriously wounding the other, police said.

The two women were walking near their house in central Basra when they were shot, police said.

A man claiming to represent the Brigades of Imam al-Hussein, a known Shiite militia, called an Associated Press reporter in Basra to take responsibility for the attack.

The caller said the group is “giving Iraqi people the good news of killing two agents who work for the British forces.”

Revenge may take generations,

You just can't go slaughter families and not have their surviving relatives and friends avenge their deaths when opportunity strikes.

Iraqis will hate the USA forever for this invasion and slaughter.

USA might as well go home

The USA LOST their hearts and minds

And gained a whole lot of hatred
