UK soldiers killed in Afghanistan

Two British soldiers have been killed in operations in southern Afghanistan.

A third soldier was injured in an ambush in a northern district of Helmand
province, BBC correspondent Alastair Leithhead said.

An ISAF statement said militants armed with rocket-propelled grenades
targeted a patrol on Tuesday morning.

"Two ISAF soldiers were killed in this attack, one wounded and one remains
unaccounted for," it said in a statement.

1. Unfortunately it is three dead and one seriously wounded..
"Three British soldiers have been killed after a vehicle patrol was ambushed by militants in southern Afghanistan.

A fourth soldier was seriously injured in the incident in the north of Helmand province, the Ministry of Defence said."
