Crews are working to remove the derailed train and repair the tracks.
The FBI says the derailment of a train in Hillsborough County was not an accident.

The agency says someone put a large piece of equipment on the tracks, causing a CSX locomotive and three freight cars to derail at Himes Avenue and Busch Boulevard. The incident happened at about 6:30 p.m. Sunday.

1. Might be chalked up to plain, ole stupidity.

Meaning something fell off said last train, and CSX just really doesn't want to admit it to the insurance company they want to pay for this mess. Could also be the dumbassery of folks that moved something onto the tracks just to see a train hit it.

I knew something was up when the local traffic report said to avoid this area like the plague last week.

3. Nothing much new there. Kids put stuff on the tracks all the time.

Must've been sumpin' pretty heavy this time.
