Anti-War Playing Cards Take Aim At Bush
SAN FRANCISCO -- A San Jose, Calif., high school teacher, who questions the motives behind the Iraq war, has created her own deck of playing cards.

Kathy Eder's 55 her "Operation Hidden Agenda" cards mimic the Bush administration playing cards that feature Saddam Hussein and other most-wanted Iraqis. Eder's deck shows pictures of President George W. Bush and other U.S. leaders, along with quotes questioning the rationale for the war.

Eder says she's been selling the decks at the rate of about 1,000 a week, even though many retailers refuse to stock them. ..

Eder says she'll be donating half the profits to organizations that help Gulf War veterans and promote nonviolence.

12. Got my two decks
One to use and one to keep for posterity.

I'm sick of the stupid most wanted decks all over the place at stores and whatnot. How could I not!

Thanks for the heads up, LauraK!

Did you look at the website?

50 % of the profits from the 'OPERATION: HIDDEN AGENDA' playing cards will support the following:

• US VETERANS DEALING
WITH GULF WAR SYNDROME

• IRAQI MEN, WOMEN, AND CHILDREN WHO HAVE ENDURED YEARS OF SUFFERING • THOSE PARTICIPATING IN PEACEMAKING AND RELATIONSHIP-BUILDING MISSIONS TO IRAQ
