US forces: Iraqi women killed in error

US forces in Iraq have killed two women by mistake while they were on their way to a maternity hospital north of Baghdad.


A brief statement on Wednesday from the joint Iraqi-US security body named the victims as Saleha Mohammed, 55, and Nabiha Nasif, 35.

The Joint Coordination Centre statement said, without specifying if either of the women was pregnant: "US forces killed two women by mistake ... when they were heading to a maternity hospital in a taxi."

1. It's impossible for me to be mad at these soldiers.

They're scared youngsters sent to do a job with no real mission description. Bush killed those women, and everyone else who has died since the invasion.

2. Boosh not so concerned about a fetus when US troops kill it.

If you're pro-choice or pro-coathanger, it makes little difference. Boosh is pro-coathanger and it's so interesting there is no mention of the wanted child which was machinegunned, in utero, by US troops.
