Senate Confirms Kavanaugh to Appeals Court (this is BAD)

It's bad because the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia is one level below the S.C. bu$hit wants HIS judges on this court for the same reason he wants them on the S.C - TO COVER HIS ASS regarding the crimes he's committed. The fact that this cretin is now on that court just makes it HARDER for bu$hit's crimes to ever be properly judged and prosecuted under the law. Kavanaugh is strictly a yet another diaper for bu$h's criminal ass - period.
