Cold rain doesn't stop hundreds from protesting Iraq war

A few hundred high school and college students, undeterred by a steady rain and hoping to capitalize on public opinion, walked out of their classes Friday to protest the war in Iraq,

"It's something we're really, really against," said University of Minnesota senior Amy Clute, who joined the protesters on the school's Twin Cities campus.

The students listened to speakers, chanted slogans and held anti-war posters and banners. Two protesters wore President Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney masks and dressed in orange prison garb, toting a sign saying, "Try all war criminals."

University police arrested one protester for throwing red paint onto the window of the military recruiting station. Five others, who were involved in smearing the paint, were cited for disorderly conduct, said Deputy Chief Steve Johnson.

1. I enjoyed the video, but the station REALLY didn't do them justice
Weird shots and the closing, was a patronizing "only in America". -Yeah, cuz no where else on earth are people in the streets these days :eyes:

in fact the newsreporter was saying only in america because she wants you to think that its only because of america that can allow Iraqis to protest (in the rain too).

the powell/rice defense its called

Not seeing not looking
