Breaking news. According to Jason Leopold of truthout, Karl Rove has receive a target letter from Patrick Fitzgerald.

1. That's strange; Luskin just issued a statement saying the opposite.
The testimony has concluded, and Luskin (Rove's lawyer) issued a statement saying that Rove has been told he is NOT a target of the investigation.

4. I certainly don't expect Luskin to be forthcoming...
... but it's a little strange that an attorney would say Rove is not a target, if that's an absolute untruth.
