Morales met Rodriguez in Bolivia
Rough Cut

Dec. 22 - Bolivia's president-elect Evo Morales held two press conferences in La Paz to talk about issues he discussed with outgoing president Eduardo Rodriguez.
(snip)

The meeting between the in-coming and out-going Bolivian heads of state coincides with the publication of the first official results of Sunday´s elections.

With 80 percent of the ballots counted, Morales won with an all time record high of 54 percent of the votes.

Analysts predict this figure will continue to grow.
