We'll be told that it's no big deal until 2005 when Republicans will be hysterical about the deficit again, and somehow it will all be Bill Clinton's fault.

At that point, Democrats will have to stand tough and say will clear crisp resolve "NO CUTS". NO CUTS. We will cut nothing except the defense budget and the Bush tax giveaways to the rich. NO CUTS.
