Congress Stalls On Bill That Could Reduce AIDS Death Rate 50%

Legislation to give Medicaid coverage to low-income, HIV-positive individuals before they develop full blown AIDS is languishing in a Senate committee even though a new study shows that if enacted it could reduce the death rate from HIV/AIDS by fifty percent and save the government millions in health care costs.
