18-Wheeler Carrying Explosives Rolls, Shuts Down I-35

SAN ANTONIO -- An 18-wheeler that may be carrying 3,000 pounds of explosives rolled Friday on the Northeast Side, prompting authorities to shut down Interstate 35 in both directions and ordering an evacuation.

That's what blew up Texas City in 1947 -- killed 6000 people. The town had to be completely rebuilt.

I think that's what blew up the OK Federal Building too.
