The federal Health Resources and Service Administration awarded Johns Hopkins University a $186,374 grant to develop a disaster-preparedness curriculum to teach pastors and other religious leaders how to respond to the spiritual needs of the public after a calamity, the university announced Friday.

2. I wish I could laugh at this.

But I'm sure there's plenty of harm that could be done if some Christian pastor showed up at a bombed synagogue and started blessing people in the name of Jesus Christ. Among other scenarios that either could happen, or more likely, have already happened with no media attention.
