The war on terrorism is likely to continue as long as the Bush administration remains in office and perhaps even longer, Vice President Dick Cheney said in a speech here Monday.

"We'll stay in Afghanistan and in Iraq just as long as we have to, to make absolutely certain that the job is done before we move on," Cheney said. "And we'll stay until we've wrapped up all the weapons of mass destruction and eliminated all of those who are enemies of the United States." ---
