RIP soldier

I despise that they classify any death in this illegal war as "non-hostile". It demeans everything to the families of these troops.

1. non-hostile huh?
lot's of people dieing from non-combat in this war. Our soldiers must be some clumsy-ass people. Lot's of fatal accidents over there - non of them related to the war of course. You're right, it is demeaning.

5. Yeah the blue communities are paying the price
The fly-over Bush red states remain relatively untouched.

8. Aren't the "blue" communities areas of heavier population?

Don't the dots reflect overall population level rather than the evilness of those Red States.

How nice of you to pass on the false Red/Blue dichotomy--along with the "fly-over" phrase.

Texas has lost quite a few soldiers.

Edited to add: And WHY are so many who slam states or regions so ashamed of their homes that they omit that information from their profiles?

3. You mean we're still at war? Bush should be notified.
Maybe he'll attend a funeral of one of our kids. He attended John Paul, II's funeral who did not believe in pre-emptive strikes or the Iraq war at all. Why won't he attend our kids he sent to die?

6. Nah, Bush has lost his enthusiasm for being the war president
That was just his election theme. He doesn't even now admit any war activity. The 18 Americans dead in the Afghanistan crash or our daily dead in Iraq. He doesn't even acknowledge their existence.
