UAL Asks for Delay on Bankruptcy Plan

Snip.....The UAL Corporation, the parent of United Airlines, has asked a federal court for another two months to file its bankruptcy reorganization plan without interference from other parties.
In documents filed with the court on Friday, UAL asked for an extension of the so-called exclusivity period to July 1. The current exclusivity period is due to expire April 30.An extension of the exclusive periods will enable United to continue its hard work and implement many of its restructuring initiatives," UAL said in the documents.........END

So how many more will they need after this one....they are now up to 30 and counting. Isnt it nice to see corporate america using the courts to rape their employees of their dignity and morality while the men in the SUITS still get everthing they desire.

makes a call and if something wrong happens, they all share the blame. But no one guy is blamed, so, in the end, no one gets fired.

This was tried about 20 years ago....and most groups rejected it, but as it stands, it appears alive and well in America.
