YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - <snip>

Local 34011 of the Newspaper Guild-Communications Workers of America charges that employees of The Vindicator have stolen "No Contract, No Vindicator" yard signs. The union sent a complaint Friday to the National Labor Relations Board. <snip>

Reporters, photographers and truck drivers walked out Nov. 16 over wages, health care and other issues. No talks have been scheduled since the two sides met March 23. <snip>
