ABA: Increase court, judges' home security
WASHINGTON, March 11 : The president of the American Bar Association Friday called for more security to defend the nation's courthouses and even the homes of judges.

The statement by ABA president Robert Grey Jr.came in the wake of shootings in a state courtroom in Atlanta Friday and the killing of a federal judge's husband and mother in Chicago earlier this month. <snip>

Grey said security should include "considering providing home security systems for every judge. We must restrict access to information about judges that might expose them to harm.We urge Congress to permanently extend the law that now allows such information to be removed from the financial disclosure forms of federal judges," scheduled to expire in December. <snip>

1. What does this mean?
We urge Congress to permanently extend the law that now allows such information to be removed from the financial disclosure forms of federal judges

What information are they referring to? It can't be that judges have to disclose if they spent money to install a security system....so, WHAT is referred to here?

2. They want Judges to be accountable to no one.
They are the new arrogant ruling class. As they send more minorities off to long Prison sentences.

3. Like, kick-backs, pay-offs, free security systems, free sound-systems....
...doesn't have to be disclosed now. And the judges will be 'inside the law'.

I seem to get it now....executive, legislative, and judicial branches - all bought and paid for (and the 'honest ones' are hard-pressed to go against 'their own best (short-term) interets - character, integrity, and noblesse are no longer to be part of the picture.

Is THIS what it this is all about?
