Sen. Heinz's will to be made public

A judge yesterday modified a court order that had sealed the will of the late Sen. John Heinz.

Common Pleas Judge Frank J. Lucchino ordered that the contents be made available for public scrutiny, but some personal and sensitive information contained in the documents be concealed.

Eleven specific items in the Heinz estate, including his will and a redacted decree of distribution, will be available in 20 days at the Allegheny County register of wills office, Lucchino wrote in his order. Redactions are necessary, he wrote, so as not to publish personal bank account information, addresses and other entries of a private nature, or that would pose unnecessary risks to Heinz's heirs.

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and Tribune-Review Publishing Co. are the remaining petitioners who requested access to the probated estate. Attorney Charles Kelly, who represented the Post-Gazette, applauded the decision.

Note the Tribune-Review is Richard Mellon Scaife's paper.

6. Spreading Santorum

It's a bunch of Bush Nazis behind this -- you should see the little sneaks in the courtroom.

They have to "destroy" Teresa -- and "spin" it that her husband would be appalled by the way she spends Heinz money, and her marriage to John Kerry -- which is utter horse shit.

Jack Heinz was a great man, a progressive Republican (yes Virginia, there USED to be such persons) and he had a beautiful marriage with Teresa -- and he was very good friends with John Kerry. If Jack Heinz would not have died tragically, he very well might have been an outstanding contender for the Presidency of the United States, and if elected would have been great. (which leads to some who speculate...but never mind....)

ManOnDog Santorum is, astoundingly, up for re-election in 2006 -- hence it is vital to smear the Heinz family. Santorum (Fascist-PA) defiles the Senate seat that Jack Heinz once served nobly and ably in.

Ricky Rat is the third most powerful person in the Republican Party -- wrap your brain around that, my friends -- and he has hitched his career to facilitating religiously insane fascism for his True Savior and Master, George W.

So they are viciously smearing the Heinz family. It sickens me to my core....

Santorum is the most despised man in Pennsylvania. People are itching to send this idiotic stick back to the 14th century from whence he came. We fought fascists to win PA for Kerry -- and we will double our efforts to expel Santorum from the Senate.
