GH Bush, Clinton, and GW Bush meet for Tsunami Aid
Press conference.

In effect, GW Bush wants this effort to win over the hearts and minds of the worldwide Muslim population - many of which live in the areas stricken by the Tsunami.

13. Japan pledged $500 million, I believe
compared to the current $350 million from the US (not including donations in the US -- I don't know if the Japanese figure includes corporate donations or not)

9. Could be he is bloated...
Due to the effects of the medications he takes for the psychological effects of the adrenal disease he has(Addison's Disease? I forget).

If he has a disease of the adrenal system, it may very well have a behavioral component. If it does, some of those medications have a well-known prediliction for causing weight gain and retention.

Zyprexa and Depakote are two that come readily to mind.

7. Bush choosing Clinton to help? That will piss the Reich wing off.
Not that they weren't perpetually pissed off already.

How do we start a movement to urge Bush to ask Clinton for help in the Middle East? The heads of the Reich wingers would explode.

11. You gotta stand in awe of what a bigger man
Clinton is than *. After taking potshots at Clinton and blaming him for everything under the sun, Clinton could still manage to stand side-by-side with * and not KO him. Says a lot about Clinton's heart and that it's in the right place. Says a lot about *'s heartlessness and his pettiness that he can't arise above the needs of his ego to be stroked to address human suffering.
