There wouldn't be as much of a problem.

And if the broken voting machinery which is hacked all the time in many counties, were really and truly fixed, then a great many benefits would come about.

But as long as Di Fi can massage what she wants into reality, then we're screwn.

The fact that sixty billion dollars went out the door to PG & E/Enron, while a supposed very important lady Senator, supposedly liberal, was in a full array of her powers - this simply simply boggles my mind.

Especially given that much of this money came from poor and middle class people in California. (I forget the estimates as to when we will have finally paid off our debts to the fraudulent activities of PG & E, but it hasn't happened yet.)

Oh and over the last months, her wondrous husband, Richard Blum, just saw to it, along with the other regents of the UC Univ. system, that the Administrators and the professors with the most tenure, will get huge retirement and other benefits.

To pay for it, a sixteen percent increase in tuition will be coming down the pike. Again, money extracted from poorer people.
