Read everything you can by George Lakoff.

This is old, but well worth the read.

Framing the issues: UC Berkeley professor George Lakoff tells how conservatives use language to dominate politics

Keep in mind the Rockridge Institute mentioned failed for lack of funding. Republicans don't have that problem.

This book is exceptional:

"Don't Think of an Elephant: Know Your Values and Frame the Debate"
