5. Good on you. I hear more and more people are taking responsibility to think about foods they buy.
Some years ago, my teenage step daughter, who was staying for a week with her dad, was unhappily looking through our cupboards for something to eat and complained " all you have in here is ingredients"

Yep....from the whole food store, no less.
