15. While I agree that most lawyers are devoid of morality...
the fact remains that murder has a very specifically defined meaning. It has to in order to determine when it is proper to impose severe legal sanctions on an individual. If you define any killing of another human being as murder then an individual who accidentally causes a death is just as much a murderer as John Wayne Gacy or Henry Lee Lucas.
