It protects teachers with experience, who have good wages and who challenge authority. Of course management would like to replace experienced teachers for green TFA scabs. Two-fer the price of one in salary. You get what you pay for though. Most teachers don't stick it out for more than three years.

The experienced ones of course should have no job security and no rights according to you.

Thanks for nothing.
