It was vivid and scary and involved a missile hurtling into a building. It was unsettling and made me think Bush was going to get us nuked. That's how I interpreted the dream anyway. And for some reason, I also thought he would go start a war to avenge his father.

I can't say it was a premonition exactly, but it marked my intense negative reaction to Bush which the Florida vote only made worse. At the time, people around me felt my reaction was too extreme.

I never told anyone about the dream even after 9/11, but Tahiti, I know you know what the Bush years put us all through. 8 years of darkness. I think my subconscious mind sensed it was coming -- like the onset of a terrible winter.
