I think it's quite possibly the dumbest fucking idea I've ever heard come out of a politician from either party, and that's quite an impressive feat considering there was a continental drift denier.

I know, let's let companies endlessly rotate out unpaid labor so they never have to hire anyone again! I bet that fixes the economy and lowers unemployment too! It's entirely voluntary, so they can't claim we're forcing them to do it. They'll never get another job unless they do, but we won't be *forcing* them, as such. Desperate peasants are so good for business.
