3. Phoenicia is in Ulster Cty

There are some areas in the Catskills such as Phoenicia built on the floodplain that have had some serious damage. Sen. Schumer recently visited Ulster Cty and awarded more FEMA funds. FEMA is located in a resort area and they plan to relocate it in New Paltz.

Although I cannot speak to the charges that the media and people are being lied to and that there are many more people missing. I can only show what I found doing a Google search.
