My life Partner passed away in 2006 his son My step-son was killed in 2003 We had custody of Davids son phillip for four years that we had to pay Davids ex-wife child support (through the State of Florida) for phillip (this was from 1996 to 2000).
I get a check in the mail today for David that The State owed us for child support that we were forced to pay when we had the child. The checks in Davids name.
