55. You Know... You ARE Correct! I Too Have Children & Grandchildren...
I had wanted better for them too. Tomorrow I'm going to be blessed with having my 2 yr. old grandson for the week-end and it always hits home when I have him. I am LUCKY that both of my children live within 15 minutes of me, and we have actually discussed the thought of having to pool our resources and live in one place if it gets too bad.
Just talking about it is something I NEVER dreamed would happen. At least the week-end will be a VERY busy one. A 2 yr. old runs circles around me, but what are Grandma's for?
