71. We need to send a bunch of $0 dollar bills to Mr. Thomas.
Bribery and corruption is a problem in India, and a good number of other countries, including the country that birthers claim the President was actually born in.
To combat it, I don't know which group did it but they printed up a load of zero rupee dollars so if people are asked to pay a bribe ("make Ghandi smile") they hand over the 0 rupee note.
Maybe it is time we started printing up these $0 bills and sending them to certain people???
