.... this aid package is a PART of the health care bill correct? Not a separate thing?

If she votes AGAINST cloture .... and later votes against the bill, then she is denying herself the very aid she has "worked a long time for"? ..... And in so doing, not only is she denying herself something she's worked hard for, but given a potential election opponent fodder to use against her later? "Mary voted AGAINST aid to Katrina victims!!!!"

This HAS to lock in her vote, right?
