The other word is that his wife is adamantly against it and his brother, also an important adviser to Christie is also against his running at this time. Christie, of course, is not going to come out and publicly say why he won't run but that's the word in Jersey. Obama probably cannot lose with the panel of clowns presently vying for his job.
