3. Bureaucracy and various other events that tend to take precedent.
I got to wonder---do you guys believe everything can get done within a few minutes of a day. The world doesn't change in an hour. It takes a while. Sometimes longer than we'd like. I'm just happy something is done versus....wondering at the why it took so long. Shit, most people don't even know about this or care...and others will NEVER know. For you it took too long, for others---they'll wake up tomorrow more worried about what sauce to put on their hotdog.
