2. I would like to believe that USAID can be trusted to help the people
in Haiti but they usually have some secret agenda with the winners being the US business community. Sustainable - what do they mean by sustainable. Who is involved? IMF? World Bank? Monsanto? Citibank? Occidental? That is what will make all the difference. I would feel better if it were the Peace Corps.
