Clicking through the news channels and Fox was having their in house legal expert comment on bringing prosecutions to New York. Despite all the baiting by the fill in host he absolutely decimated all the arguments against bringing them here.

His name is Arthur Aidala and it will be interesting to see where he ends up after destroying Fox's talking points

1) Federal Prosecuters have a 99% conviction rate. New York has the cream of the crop. If the career prosecutors have looked at this and are on board bringing this to New York that means that they have a ton of 'untainted' evidence.

2) The security arrangements in New York are the best. The Marshals and Court Security have had many other high profile cases and they will have no problems handling it.

3) The jury pool will not work for the defendents advantage.

4) They have experience Federal Judges that will not allow it to become a propganda affair.

After he destroyed the idiot host in detail Aidala was asked wasn't there a few 'loose cannon' judges around that might be outmanouvered?

Aidala looked at him and said with a firm voice, "I practice in New York and there are no 'loose cannon' federal judges. These guys are going to get a fair trial. They are going to be found guilty on the basis of evidence and then I hope we don't execute them because that's what they want'. I hope that we put them in solitary confinement for the rest of their lives - that would be real torture for people who think they are missing paradise."

He was better than any of the guys on CNN or MSNBC - Fox really screwed that one up, who is the producer in charge of vetting the guests?
