motives. What they want is government hand outs but at the same time they want to prevent others from getting those same hand outs because it might effect their hand out. It is what the right wing voters have wanted every since Reagan, they are entitled no one else is. I've dealt with these types in the 80's, when they lost their jobs ran out of unemployment benefits and got stuck on welfare all they did was complain that because of black welfare queens they weren't getting enough welfare. Then they went out and voted for Reagan a second time, go figure.
