before we can actually really "change" and become a just and sustainable society. It is not what *I* want, but I think it is what may happen, we just aren't motivated enough to keep it from happening.

Obama is a good man, but this approach is like having an uncle who beats you as a child, and he goes on vacation for a while and you get a reprive, and you just get beat again when he gets back. That uncle needed to be put in jail and his friends need to be shown that behavior will not be tolerated. Otherwise nothing changes.
