That's how he does everything. Prosecuting Bush, ending abuses by the CIA at Bagram and other foreign prisons, ending DADT and DOMA, and so on.

He's only been in office for under a year. Give him a chance. Sooner or later, all this stuff will turn out as we'd love it to turn out. Of course, by then, statutes of limitation will have expired, hundreds more military careers and lives will have been ruined, and so on, but it all will have been worth it.
