3. Sheldon Whitehouse is saying he is more optimistic about the bill's potential.
I have as much faith in him as I do in Howard Dean. Whitehouse was saying, on Olbermann's show, that things look different on the inside of Congress than they do on the outside. His sentiment is that there is room for improving acceptance of the bill from more Senators yet.
