..... until the end of this week, all I heard was hemming and hawwing from the Blue Dogs as to whether they'd even vote yes tonight.

My point is that we've come a LONG way since last week. We still have a long way to go, but I think the case is that the Blue Dogs are liking the bill a lot more than we thought they might ..... just as Harry predicted.
