To me this is yet another test of his leadership. Goodness knows that the repugs have gone out of their way to cripple his administration. You can't govern without leadership posts being filled. I know there are literally dozens, but of course the one that comes to mind is the CFPB. Repugs will do anything to cripple - no kill - this agency. So appointing Richard Cordray now is imperative. Or will Obama be gun shy after this last go-round?
