2. Can you blame people for being concerned?
The Supreme Court is already too far to the right. We are inundated with articles, etc claiming that she will move the court farther to the right. Ms. Kagan MAY turn out to be a friend, but people have every right to be concerned when it comes to the future of the country.

(That said, like you, I do not agree with uncivil discourse. If you have something to say at least make the effort to be respectful of others opinions.)
