19. Thank you for having some sense of decency. We've
turned into a cruel society. Kick someone when they're down. They got him fired, but that isn't enough, let's stomp all over him now, he's not HUMAN after all since he said something that offends us.

I never much liked Sanchez frankly. Sometimes he was good, but I always felt he was trying too hard to be outrageous.

He was stupid, probably jealous of Stewart's success. Who knows, we have more qualified people for these jobs, but the media goes for the sensational now, in emulating Fox.

However, the guy lost his job. Stewart and the rest of them showed a real lack of class as you pointed out, and are not doing anything to educate people about prejudice, in fact they are only helping to gain sympathy for someone who badly needs to learn why he got people riled up.

You are right, even if you are in the minority on this so-called progressive board on this, imho.

He's fired, move on, have some class, end the mocking and ganging up on people when they have already been dealt with. It's disturbing. And cowardly, since he has no means of responding. The more I think of it, the more I realize I lost a little respect for Jon Stewart today.
