You are locking at the tactical level, alas I'm looking at this strategically. And you know there is a difference.
As to the SOFA, the Iraqis already tried... and they were rebuffed in no uncertain terms. And like the sun comes up in the East I can count on them trying a few times more. So you and I have to hope that the momentum is such that come 2011 the rest of the troops will simply LEAVE.
