36. I can't totally agree with that, either. I can't agree that "we"
bankrupted the soviet union. Only the soviet union can do that. They are responsible for their military budget, and their government. And their government was unpopular, with their own people. It was only held together with threats, and secret police, etc.
So it fell apart on it's own.
I like the word they much more than the word we.
