20. I sat and watched the 9/11 disaster unfolding on television...
ALL day and night. I kept wondering, "Where the heck is Bush?!?" The only person who stepped up to the microphones and acted like he was actually doing his job was Guliani (who I also don't like, but I have to acknowledge that he was willing to take charge at that moment, unlike Bush).

During an attack like that, minutes felt like hours and Bush just wasn't there when it counted. 'Sorry, an evening briefing from the White House was too late.

Bush's performance in regard to 9/11 was dismal in every way. Even his famed photo-op on the rubble was staged. The fireman who posed with him? Off-duty, not working on rescue and chosen because he was short and thereby enhanced King George's stature. :puke:

Bush: King of photo-ops and stubborn incompetence.
