Keith Olbermann stated so on his show tonight. Equipment from Mexico and the Netherlands. A third country was also involve, but I can't remember the name.
Don't believe all the conservanazi blather out there. The US Government has given permission to several countries to help. They gave an exemption for the "JONES ACT". That was stated last night.
IF you listen to the conservanazis (aka teabaggin' kkkluckers), today they are saying that President Obama doesn't want the BP oil spill to stop so he can enact "drastic" environmental laws all by himself without the Congress. :rofl:
