Having lived through some of the toughest times ever back in 2005 until 2007, and just getting back on my feet over that horrid two year period, I have this to say;

One: Someone here on DU kept me alive, in the soul sense of the word "alive" and I have put that wonderfulness (from them to me) into my feeling for this board ever since. Every person on it. All of the posters here. I even took several people off ignore, and one of them has grown over the last eighteen months. And posts entirely differently than the way they used to.

Two: Those two tough years pretty much took away my sense of humor, at that point in time.

But now due to recovery, of the horrid illness my spouse faced, of the financial situation, of legal nightmares etc, I have my sense of humor. It is back in spades, and most problematic stuff makes me laugh, as nothing will ever be as bad as what I went through.

Three) I doubt anyone on this board can kill me. So if people want to be all "Neeener, Neener, Neener," maybe it means that they will kick their dog one less time. I can handle anything any poster here throws out at me.

Four: never again will I post any OP until after 10:30 Pm when my peeps on this board usually hang out. I can handle being picked on, by why deal with creeps when you can deal with "peeps"?
